Shipping Update: Issue Resolved & Packages on the Way

Good news! The shipping issue is now fully resolved! After exploring different shipping options and solutions, I’ve found a suitable method that allows me to send all packages safely and without requiring any additional personal ID information. Thank you so much for your patience while I figured this out.
Shipping status update:
All orders for Europe, Asia, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand have already been shipped. You should have received a BackerKit notification with your tracking number. If you didn’t receive it, please let me know and I’ll send it to you directly.
For the United States, about half of the orders have already been shipped, and the remaining half will go out tomorrow. You’ll receive your BackerKit tracking notification as soon as your package is dispatched.

Important Shipping Update: Additional Info Required for Backers outside EU

Hi sweet backers!
I wanted to share an important update regarding shipping. Due to new European shipping and customs regulations that have come into effect in 2026, postal services now require an ID number / Tax ID (or similar personal identifier) for the recipient for customs purposes when sending tracked packages internationally.
Originally, I planned to send rewards as registered letters, but registered letters can no longer contain merchandise—only documents. That means your rewards must be shipped as parcels, and customs now requires this additional recipient information for backers outside the EU (including the UK).
This requirement comes from updated EU customs and postal regulations implemented in 2026, and unfortunately it’s mandatory for tracked shipments.
I've contacted BackerKit support team to find the best way to collect this information through BackerKit so it’s as easy as possible for everyone. I'll let you know how to do it when they reach me back. However, if you prefer, you can send me your ID number via private message on Kickstarter — this will help me speed up shipping for your order as soon as possible.
For the EU backers, all the orders are already packed and ready to be picked up by the shipping carrier. As soon as they are collected, I’ll provide your tracking numbers so you can follow your package.
I’m really sorry to ask for this additional information, but it’s required by the new legislation and I want to make sure your package reaches you without customs issues or delays.

Great news! I’ve finally received all the pins, keychains and prints, and I’ve started preparing your orders! Shipping will begin starting tomorrow, and packages will go out progressively over the next days.
The order was held at customs for several weeks, which caused a significant delay. I’m really sorry about the wait, but now that everything is here, your rewards will be on their way very soon.
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. Please see the photos below showing the final result for the pins!

Production Update: All Designs Completed!

All five pin designs are now fully completed! I’m sharing a photo below so you can see the entire finished set together, and I hope you love how they turned out as much as I do.
I also want to apologize for the delay compared to the original timeline. A few pins didn’t pass the first quality check and had to be remade, which pushed the schedule back a bit. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
I’ll share another update with photos as soon as the finished pins arrive to me. Once everything is in hand, I’ll start preparing and shipping the packages right away. It’s a tricky time of year for deliveries with the holidays coming up, but I’m hopeful we won’t face any further delays.

Here’s a quick look at past week’s production progress — this time featuring Azure Bride! 💙
In the photo you can see the base colors and glitter applied, right before the details are added.
The pins are nearly finished, and the manufacturer should be shipping them to me within the next few days. Once they arrive to me, I’ll share photos of the final results before I start preparing shipments.
Also, just a reminder that shipping payments have already been charged through BackerKit. If there was an issue with your card, please keep an eye on BackerKit emails so you can fix it as soon as possible.
